BEATS is a heart rate controlled class designed to build aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and burn FAT!  People have been burning anywhere from 500-1000 calories per class.  There are many different formats we use to create a stimulus that will get you sweating and burning!  Biking, running, rowing, bodyweight and free weights are all part of the equation.

We recommend a Polar Heart Rate monitor that is bluetooth capable in order to accurately track calories burned during class & monitor your heart rate.  We will link you up to our Polar Team app and mirror it to the TV screens in the gym.  You have specific heart rate goals to maintain during the workout that are all led by one of our amazing coaches.  Come try out a class!
