Getting Started On-Ramp (12-class course) – $165

This is a mandatory 12 class introduction to CrossFit. You will learn the 9 essential exercises of CrossFit, including the air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, medicine ball clean, deadlift and sumo-deadlift high-pull. In addition, our On-Ramp program will introduce our new members to technical lifts such as the clean & jerk and snatch.  We will also focus on kipping, kettlebells, skill progression and proper warm-up.

It is our goal to give new members the opportunity to ramp-up their fitness conditioning so that they feel comfortable and confident when starting classes with our current members.  There will be a workout at the end of each class.

Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.

In addition to the $165 On-ramp, we have a special $299 which also includes a month of one-on-one nutritional counseling with a Macros Lab coach and 2 free Artie’s Paleo-On-The-Go meals!

8 class pass – $120

All 8 classes must be used within the month purchased. Most athletes choose to come 2 days per week with this option.

12 class pass – $140

All 12 classes must be used within the month purchased. Most athletes choose to come 3 days per week with this option.

Unlimited Classes- $165

The unlimited option gives you access to all classes for an entire month.

Unlimited Classes for 2 – $299

This pass allows couples to train unlimited for within the month purchased.

Personal Training – $65 per session

Personal training sessions are available by appointment only and last 1 hour.

Drop-ins – $20 per session

Drop-in athletes must pay $20 per visit.

Nutritional Counseling – $60 per session
