Partner Workout

  • 2000m row (switch every 250m) while partner is working on 200 push-ups
  • then…
  • 2000m row (switching every 250m) while partner is working on 200 Toes-to-bar (sub 200 sit-ups)

Note: Partners must complete the entire 2000m row and 200 push-ups before advancing to the next couplet. If the athletes complete the 2000m row before the push-ups/toes-to-bar, they can both partition the remaining reps until all reps are completed.

Score total reps of push-ups and toes-to-bar.
