  • 20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 115/80#
  • 50 Sit-ups, while partner holds handstand (plank)
  • 200m run together

* Athlete 1 rows while Athlete 2 does SDHP. Once both have completed their station, they switch and Athlete 1 does SDHP while Athlete 2 rows. Once both have completed their stations, they rotate to sit-ups.
