  • 115 Clean and Jerk, 95/65#
  • 15 Rope Climbs (no sub, move directly to wbs)
  • 165 Wallball, 20/14# to 9′

* Athlete 1 rides 35/25 cals on bike and then starts CL&J. Athlete 2 rides 35/25 cals and then can help Athlete 1 on CL&J. Athlete 3 rides 35/25 cals then can help Athletes 1 and 2 on CL&J. Partition remainder of reps as needed.

2-person Team
