* Sets are off 90% of your Clean, then use 70% of that 90%
** Add 5lbs each set if possible

Start a new round every 4 minutes

  • 50 yard Butcher, 180/120#
  • 15 Russian Swings, 70/53#
  • :40 L-Sit (feet above 7″ stack of plates or block)

* Accumulate :40 in the L-Sit, does not have to be unbroken. Sub weighted plank hold or appropriate scale from coach.
