* Partner 1 rows while Partner 2 cleans. Then they switch stations. Then Partner 1 rows while Partner 2 performs bar muscle-ups. Then they switch stations. Each athlete will perform a total of 2500m row, 60 power cleans and 25 Bar Muscle-ups.
