  • 45 Handstand Push-ups (scale 2:1 push-ups)
  • 15 Rope Climbs (scale 3:1 pull-ups)
  • 1000 meter run
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Individual WOD
  • 800 meter run + 30 HSPU + 10 Rope Climbs
  • 400 meter run + 15 HSPU + 5 Rope Climbs
