Team WOD (Teams of 4)

2 Rounds for time

  • 300 meter run
  • 15 Deadlift, 225/155#
  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 Double Unders (2:1 Singles)
  • 15 Hand Release Push-ups
  • 15 T2B
  • 30 yard walking lunge, 45#/35# plate overhead

* Chipper style, one athlete starts on the run, when they return, the second athlete runs.
** Athletes advance to each station but cannot pass the athlete in front of them
*** Once all athletes have completed the lunge, they begin round 2
**** Individual is the same WOD but recover 3:00
