Hey Everyone! Here is a quick overview of how the day is going to go. The alphabetized pitch-in list is below for your review. Please bring coolers for your meat/sides/beer . We will have some beer and waters here for everyone to take, but not sure how many. Please also feel free to bring tents, as most of the gym space will be used for food and for the workouts!
Coaching Staff Arrival: 7:00 AM
Athlete Registration/Check in: 7:15 AM
Athlete Briefing/Volunteer Judge Arrival: 7:30 AM
Event 1 Heat 1 starts: 8:00 AM
Grilling Begins: 11:00/12:00
Event 4 Ends/Podium: 5:30PM
Things to pack for your child if they will be in childcare:
- Water bottle
- Extra set of clothing
- Tennis Shoes

For those of you who are planning to stay for the pitch-in (which we hope is everyone), I have created an alphabetized pitch-in list. We will be providing plates, cups, silverware, and napkins, the rest will be up to you guys.
BYOM- bring your own meat
BYOB- bring your own beer
Please try to keep it healthy!
K-P- Fruit/ Fruit Sides
Q-U- Veggies/Veggie Sides
V-Z- Drinks and Chips
Here are some ideas of what we are looking for:
Veggie trays, fruit trays, tortilla chips, guacamole, salsa, Progenex puppy chow, asparagus/bacon or green beans/bacon, paleo desserts, sweet potatoes, roasted red potatoes, sauteed/roasted veggies, deviled eggs, bottled H2O, lemonade, tea
