Partner WOD

For time:

  • 70 Burpees
  • 200 meter backwards sled pull (arms only), 165/110#
  • 50 Box Jumps, 30″/24″
  • 200 meter Butcher High Push, 180/90#
  • 30 Power Cleans, 185/120#
  • 200 meter sprint, both athletes sprint together

Individual: 1/2 reps/distance on sled and butcher, still perform 200 meter sprint to finish.
