For time

  • 40 Box Jumps-Overs 24″/20″, each athlete
  • 40 Bar Muscle-ups
  • 40 Squat Cleans, 115/75#

* Athlete 1 completes 40 box jump overs followed by athlete 2 completing 40 box jump overs
** Athlete 1 advances to bar muscle-ups and starts working until athlete 2 comes to help accumulating reps
** Once both athletes complete 40 bar muscle-ups (total), they advance to squat cleans and each work to complete

*** Individual = 40 Box Jump-Overs + 20 Bar Muscle-ups + 20 Squat Cleans
