  • 400 meter run
  • 8 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 ft Overhead Walking Lunge, 45/35# plate
Extra Credit

Work up to a heavy single for the floor press, then perform 3 x (3+3+3) Floor Press. Rest 30 seconds between triples.

* 3 reps close grip (60% Floor Press Heavy Single), rest 30 sec and then 3 reps normal grip, rest 30 sec then 3 reps wide grip

** Rest 2 min between complexes
