6 am, 7 am, 10 am, 1 pm, 430 pm
We would like to invite all members and their families to come to the box TONIGHT Friday, May 6th from 530 – 830 pm to celebrate our two year anniversary, member appreciation and the individuals and Team CrossFit Indy North qualifying for the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Regional Championships. Ruth’s Chris will be catering the event. There will be plenty of good food and drink available free to all comers!
Score as many points as possible in 10 min using the following point sytem:
Squat clean, 185#/135# (4 pts/rep)
Push press, 75#/45# (3 pts/rep)
Row for calories (2 pts/cal)
Sit-ups (1 pt/rep)
– Each athlete must spend 4 min, 3 min, 2 min and 1 min respectively at each station. Athletes can choose any order to perform the exercises. Example: 4 min calorie row, 3 min squat clean, 2 min push press, 1 min sit-ups.
