WOD 2.5.11 Saturday

Saturday Class Schedule:
9 am On-Ramp Class + Open Gym*
10 am Team WOD
– Bring a friend and introduce them to World-Class Fitness!

* The open gym time on Saturday mornings should be used to practice skill and strength work.  You can also do short duration metcons.  There will not be a specific WOD created by the coaches.  The programmed Saturday WOD is still the Team WOD at 10.
