We will be retesting for the “Paleo Challenge” Sunday from 830-10 am and all day Monday and Tuesday. Please bring your food journal.

There will be a 1 pm On-Ramp class today to accompany the regular WOD. Tomorrow at 9 am we will be starting another Open Gym to accompany the On-Ramp class. We feel this will give athletes extra time to practice skill work in order to get ready for sectionals and/or to increase their fitness conditioning! We will still have the 10 am Team WOD. Bring a friend and introduce them to World-Class Fitness!
